- Preheat oven to 400℉
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and lay them on a baking sheet sprayed with avocado oil. Spray the potatoes with oil and salt them.
- Add 2 bags of frozen broccoli to a baking sheet and salt
- Place both baking sheets in the preheated oven and let cook for about 30 minutes
- While the veggies are cooking, brown your meat. Season with salt to taste
- Assemble your bowls with spring mix, sweet potatoes, broccoli, ground beef, pickles, and top with ranch and mustard. You can add any of your favorite burger toppings at this step!
