Deconstructed Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients
Method
- Dice the zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, chicken and sausage.
- Add all ingredients to a 9x13 baking dish (if using my measurements you will need 2 baking dishes)
- Add the oil, vinegar, mustard and all seasonings
- Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 20 minutes. I like to make this meal in the morning and let it marinate all day then cook it when I get home from work!
- Place the baking dishes in the oven at 400℉ for 30 minutes and enjoy!
