- To start place the chicken in a crock pot and add the pickle juice, salt and garlic powder. Let the chicken cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
- When your chicken is almost done, peel and dice the sweet potato and add it to a sheet pan. On a separate pan add the frozen broccoli. Season each with salt.
- Place the two sheet pans into the oven at 400℉ for about 30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are fork tender.
- Place your bacon on a sheet pan and add it to the oven to cook for about 20 minutes or until it is extra crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a paper towel lined plate. Allow to cool then using a towel crumble the bacon into bits.
- Build your bowl by adding spring mix, sweet potatoes, broccoli, chicken, bacon bits, and top it with primal kitchen ranch.
